Some tips to enhance your visit.

  • Smoking and food/drink are prohibited at the Hartland Music Hall.

  • Doors open at 3:20pm for a 4pm performance.

  • Check-in at the "ticket-taker" desk as you enter the main doors.

    • Provide the name of the person who purchased your on-line tickets to be checked-in.

    • Turn in hard copy tickets if you have them.

    • Purchase "at the door" General Admission tickets for $20 cash/check (while they last).

  • General Admission ($20) tickets are "open seating" on a first-come basis in the center section (rows 10+), both side sections (rows 1+), and the balcony. Note that the balcony stairs are quite steep.

  • VIP Preferred ($30) tickets are guaranteed seats in the center section, rows 1 to 9. An usher will seat your party.

  • All seats are of the fold-down theatre type.

  • There is a small coat rack in the lobby or guests may keep their coats at their seats.

  • Bathrooms are a problem in an old building!

    • They are located in the main floor hallway, to the left of the stage.

    • Using them before the 4pm performance is encouraged. This reduces the long queue at intermission which can delay resuming the performance.

    • It is possible to get to the bathrooms without disrupting the performance. Exit to the lobby (where you came in). Tell the usher that you need a bathroom. He will direct you to the handicapped entrance on the south side of the building for "embarrassment free" bathroom access.
